Amusement BARK Events Terms and Conditions

1. General

   •    By participating in any event hosted by Amusement BARK, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
   •    These terms apply to all attendees, including pet owners and their dogs.

2. Safety on Rides

   •    All amusement rides are designed with safety in mind. However, participation is at your own risk.
   •    Owners must supervise their dogs at all times while on rides.
   •    Amusement BARK reserves the right to refuse ride access to any dog or person not deemed suitable for the ride based on size, behavior, or other safety concerns.

3. Food and Treats

   •    All food and treats provided during events are carefully selected for both people and dogs.
   •    It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that their dog does not consume any food or treat that may cause an allergic reaction or health issue.
   •    Amusement BARK is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by food or treats consumed during the event.

4. Toys and Accessories

   •    Toys and accessories provided or available for purchase during events are designed for general pet safety.
   •    Owners are responsible for monitoring their dog’s interaction with any toys to prevent accidents or injury.
   •    Amusement BARK is not liable for any damage or injury caused by toys or accessories used during the event.

5. Behavior and Conduct

   •    All dogs must be on a leash unless in a designated off-leash area.
   •    Aggressive or disruptive behavior from dogs or their owners will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
   •    Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.

6. Health and Vaccination

   •    All dogs attending events must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from any contagious illnesses.
   •    Amusement BARK reserves the right to request proof of vaccination at any time.

7. Liability

   •    Amusement BARK, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, dogs, or property that occurs during the event.
   •    Participation in any event is voluntary, and attendees assume all risks associated with attending.

8. Purchases of Physical Goods (Shipping and Pickup)

   •    Order Processing: All orders placed online will be processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
   •    Shipping: Amusement BARK offers standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Amusement BARK is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
   •    Pickup: If you choose the pickup option, your order will be available at our designated location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation to collect your items.
   •    Returns and Exchanges: Physical goods purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
   •    Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Amusement BARK customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return label and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
   •    Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact Amusement BARK customer service to request a cancellation.

9. Claw Machine, Cotton Candy Machine, and Ice Cream Machine Usage

   •    Claw Machine: The claw machine is provided for entertainment purposes only. All prizes won are final, and no exchanges or refunds are permitted. Users should operate the machine according to the posted instructions. Amusement BARK is not responsible for any malfunction or loss resulting from the use of the claw machine.
   •    Cotton Candy and Ice Cream Vending Machines: Our cotton candy and ice cream vending machines automatically prepare and dispense selections based on user input. All purchases made through these machines are final. Amusement BARK is not responsible for any issues arising from improper use or mechanical failure, though we will attempt to address any reported malfunctions as quickly as possible.

10. Damage to Attractions and Equipment

   •    Attendees are expected to treat all attractions, rides, and equipment with respect.
   •    Any damage caused to Amusement BARK attractions, including but not limited to rides, machines, or other equipment, whether intentional or due to negligence, may result in the responsible party being held liable for repair or replacement costs.
   •    Amusement BARK reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of significant damage or vandalism.

11. Amendments

   •    Amusement BARK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By attending an Amusement BARK event, using any provided machines, or making a purchase through our online store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
